2. Subscription Charges
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected during purchase.
Subscription fees are charged automatically through our payment processor unless cancelled before the next billing date.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No future subscription charges will be made.
- Access to paid features will end at the conclusion of the active billing period.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
4. Refund Eligibility
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
However, we may provide a refund in the following situations:
- Duplicate charges
- Incorrect billing due to a technical error
- Unauthorized purchases that are verified by us
- Other exceptional circumstances determined at our sole discretion
Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original charge.
5. Non-Refundable Situations

- Unused time remaining on a subscription
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Dissatisfaction with generated AI responses
- Changes in personal circumstances
- Lack of usage of the Service
- Feature requests or expected functionality not explicitly advertised
6. Service Interruptions
Temporary service interruptions, maintenance periods, or outages do not automatically qualify for refunds.
Where significant service disruptions occur, we may provide credits, extensions, or refunds at our discretion.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity.
8. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and financial institution and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
