Refund Policy

Overview

Docubix subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that date.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policies and applicable consumer protection laws.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, experienced a billing issue, or would like to request a refund, please contact Paddle or Docubix support.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Future renewals will not be charged.
• Access to paid features may end when the billing period expires.
